Sarah is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. Skilled in all aspects of human resource management with particular experience in recruitment, strategic HR management, and learning & development strategy. Sarah is a chartered member of CIPD. She is the Group Human Resources Manager for PREM Group across Ireland and the UK.
Sarah holds a CIPD Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland
She also holds a Higher Diploma in Business Studies from the UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School
She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from University College Dublin.
