Luke Silke, Parliamentary Assistant to the Aontú Leader Peadar Tóibín, speaks to Wendy about the Grace Report – the long awaited final report of the Farrelly Commission into the ‘Grace’ foster home abuse case.
‘Grace’ a disabled girl, was one of 47 children placed with a foster family and stayed there for 20 years despite credible allegations of abuse at the home.
